Set up Sharkey

Sharkey is a Misskey fork, that also provides a mastodon api, a better ui/ux compared to misskey and a rich web ui (all of the previous points taken from their README.)

Nixpkgs already has a module for misskey, but is still missing the Sharkey package. Packaging this should not be difficult however, considering that an pr has already been openend (and closed).
