There are multiple options (ranked descending in accordance with my preference)

  1. git bug webui --read-only will work (if the read-only would not be bugged.)
  2. Something minimal like tvix is using could also be a possibility 1
  3. Or a codeberg/forgejo repository for the issues, which are generated from email. 2
