yt watch should probably be smarter when saving the playback progress

Some problems with the current approach:

• The playback progress can be saved when loading a new video, resulting in the actual progress to be dismissed

• It might be useful to save the progress once the user swaps the currently playing video (i.e., moving to the next/previous playlist entry)
